Issues only resolved by sending us to another hotel nearby - at least they were able to do that
Sent to a room that knowingly did not have air conditioning. How do you do that?

We really enjoyed rooms in a very good condition. The location was particularly good and stunning, and we could reach Figueira Square by walking.

Greatly enjoyed our stay here.
The position was great, cafes and eateries are walk from the hotel. Main street and historic sites were walk from the building.

The location was great. Really near all transport options such as trams and trains to sightsee. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for the lively bairro alto area.
Hard to have a lie in as it is on a noisy street. But to be expected with such a convenient location.

Excellent location in the city center.
Unlike stated in the description, wireless internet is not available in any of the hotel rooms. The staff admitted that this is the case, but I was unable to reach the hotel manager to discuss this issue further. External phone calls were not working from the room either.

We liked the decor/colours and rather zany quotes all around the place. It was stylish and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The food was great and the location was wonderful! Rossio metro station was 10 min away. They gave me nice looking and functional room with a view to both Rua Augusta, nice toiletries plus a great bathroom.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was a problem and they responded to any questions and requests we had in an extremely efficient, friendly and informative manner. Their knowledge about where to eat and how to get around Lisbon and the surronding areas such as Sintra, Cascais etc meant that we saved on tours and did everything ourselves with a minimum of fuss. I would highly recommend this hotel as the place to stay in Lisbon given the highly professional and postive approach, the central location and value for money.

We arrived very late and the signage of the hotel is non existent. TomTom does not recognize street number 3 so we put in Booked.net latitude and longitude co-ordinates and were directed incorrectly 1.9 away. At this point we decided to contact the hotel. The night recetion attendant Mario could not have been more helpful and when we arrived back at the area he was standing in the square about 50 meters from the hotel waiting for us to ensure we did not get lost again. All of the staff were excellent and the hotel is extremely well located, clean and very funky!!!
Not that I didn't like anything, the hotel was great but be warned that it is in the smallest street in Lisbon and has no signage, and Booked.net coordinates are wrong and Tom Tom does not recognize street address number 3. Difficult to find when you have no idea where you are!!!

Oh, let me tell you about the Italian grilled meat at Internacional Design! It had a flavor explosion that brought me straight to Rome. Plus, the breakfast spread was a good way to fuel my Lisbon adventures. I also loved the cozy bar where I relaxed after a day of exploring.
Now, a cheeky note-those windows across from the shop. And if you're a light sleeper, the room could be quieter since the street noise sometimes crept in.

Perfect location, reception staff were excellent- very friendly, always pleasant and welcoming and prepared to help with anything.
Suggest perhaps a small chair in the room rather than needing to sit on bed all the time.
